All UK deliveries are disbatched by Winchester Hardwood Flooring Ltd.
International deliveries may be disbatched offshore direct from our factory .

Deliveries are made by a third party haulier in forty foot curtain side lorries. If access is limited please notify us so alternative arrangements can be made.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Normal deliveries are on a 3-day service. Special next day deliveries can be arranged, please call to discuss. All bulk deliveries are made to kerbside only, the delivery driver will require help unloading the goods. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm weekdays only (Saturday mornings and specified times by special arrangement only).
Extra delivery information or tracking of deliveries can be obtained by calling our office. Please inform us if the delivery address has limited access. We will require your full postcode.
All deliveries paid for by Credit/Debit card can only be delivered to the cardholder’s postal address. Any orders to be collected and paid for in advance by Credit/Debit card require the cardholder and card present for pin verification.
Payments by cheque are required to be cleared before dispatch of goods.
Please inspect goods on delivery and sign notes accordingly. Any damages or shortages need to be made in writing or email enquiries@www.winchesterhardwoodflooring.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We accept no liability and costs for late delivery.
For peace of mind we suggest you do not book in any fitting work until the goods have arrived.
We offer a free delivery service on all floors over 100 m2 to most mainland UK destinations.
